Hi I’m Nicki.
After working in education for over 30 years — including coaching a very enthusiastic swimming squad — I decided to hang up my whistle and return to my first love: beautiful homes. Before teaching, I worked at Hunters Estate Agency. At the end of my teaching career I joined Knight Frank, where I covered the Midlands. Those early years sparked my passion for property, and now I’m fortunate enough to combine that with a genuine love for helping people find a place they truly love to call home. I believe the journey to your dream home should be seamless, happy, and above all, successful.

I’m a proud mum of three and grandmother to three very lively boys, so family time is everything to me. I also have a deep appreciation for cheese and wine (ideally enjoyed together), and my loyal sidekick, Percy the dog, who features in many family adventures — and quite a few viewings too!

I’ve recently made the move to my own dream property — a charming old brick barn conversion. It gives me the perfect blend of countryside peace and space for chaotic family gatherings. There’s room for Percy to roam, my grandchildren to run wild, and for me to finally put my feet up… occasionally!

I founded Stoford in 1996, a Birmingham based commerical property development company which has become very successful nationwide, by the time I retired in 2016 we had developed over 14 million sq ft of floorspace having values over £1Bn. Since retiring from Stoford, I have persued numerous business interests including OA Surf Club in Cornwall, but what excites me most is starting Chosen Home in 2020 which Richard and Nicki Ash. We share the same values and really want to change estate agency for the better so that it becomes client focussed and, of course, successful.

Having worked for over 10 years at WPP (the worlds largest marketing communications group), I decided to start my own design consultancy in 2001 called Green Room. Over nearly 20 years, I grew the agency to become a significant player in the global design industry working alongside brands including Mercedes, Nike and Timberland.
After selling the business in 2019 I wanted to use my expertise to help drive the sales in a new business and set up Chosen with Dom and Nicki in early 2020 from Sutton Coldfield where I have lived for most of my life.
I am hugely proud of the Chosen brand and I believe it will be a truly revolutionary and disruptive player in the estate agency market – not only is our charging model a ‘game-changer’ but we also offer a relentless attention to service levels, produce stunning sales particulars and invest in a carefully targeted marketing-led approach to promoting properties.
Chosen will undoubtedly set a new benchmark for residential property marketing and I am delighted to be part of such a talented team.

Hi, I’m Paul.
I am a photographer. My love for photography began at college shooting black & white film. Capturing that decisive moment and printing the negative in a darkroom was, and still is magical. I consider myself lucky to have experienced the transition from analogue to digital photography, and I love both equally. I especially enjoy documentary photography, travel photography and international photojournalism. I have always been conscious of the creative/technical harmony within the photographic process and I find photographing property fulfils this balance perfectly.

I began my career after studying photography at university. I moved back to London and secured a job at Foxtons which opened my eyes to the world of real estate photography. My love for property, interiors and photography have been combined to make my perfect job which has lead to me photographing properties for the past 18 years and never looking back. Over the years I have added many strings to my bow to include becoming a drone pilot, creating marketing videos and drawing detailed plans.

Although I’ve always lived close to the countryside and, grew up on a farm, I have a dream to live in an ultra-modern penthouse in the city, but maybe just week days, a small cottage by the sea for weekends would be perfect.
