Award winning estate agency Chosen Home has continued its expansion plans with the appointment of another sales consultant to its team.
Lisa Freer joins the business from Fine & Country, bringing years of experience in selling Midlands property and joining her former colleague Gemma Hemming, who became one of the Chosen Few in May.
The agency, which was launched in September 2020, has thrived over the past two years and, securing more listings and enquiries throughout the Midlands and sought Lisa’s expertise to fulfil its plans to expand the business ahead of its second anniversary.

Lisa has a passion for property and her experience in property development over the last 25 years has given her the ability to see the potential in most houses. A keen eye for interior design detail is one of Lisa’s strengths meaning she is able to ensure that a property is presented to its absolute best prior to photography and videography.
Lisa said: “I am very passionate about what I do and always strive to deliver the best possible results for my clients and pride myself on high levels of customer service
“I have been selling luxury homes in and around Sutton Coldfield for the last seven years, but I am now very much looking forward to working with Chosen Home to expand the brand in the Solihull area. I live in the area, so have a great local insight and can share this knowledge with potential buyers.
